Most senior roles are filled through headhunters, executive search firms and personal networks before they ever reach a job board. Searching job boards alone means seeing a small and late slice of the market.

Generic AI job tools make it worse: they surface stale or duplicated postings, rank everything as a match, and sometimes embellish your experience or apply on your behalf. How does Hidden Job Market Radar work?

Set up the radar
Say "Set up my job search radar" and share your CV. A short interview turns it into your positioning and search criteria.
Run the search
Say "Run the radar". It searches job sources, company career sites, ATS platforms and headhunters.
Verify and score
Each opening is checked against the real posting, then scored 0–100 against your CV, separating direct from transferable experience.
Read your report
You get a report with each opening's fit and total compensation. Run it on a schedule (weekly is recommended) and have it emailed to you.
It learns as you go
The radar keeps notes on which sources and queries work and improves between runs.

Is Hidden Job Market Radar free?

Yes. It is open source under the MIT licence. You only need access to a supported AI assistant with web search, under that assistant's own plan.

Which AI assistants does it work with?

It is a Claude plugin for the Claude app and Claude Code, and it is also packaged for ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI and the Gemini app through the open Agent Skills format.

Will it apply to jobs or contact recruiters for me?

No. Nothing external happens without your explicit authorisation, including in scheduled runs. It also never invents or embellishes experience: your master CV is the single source of truth.

Where is my data stored?

In plain Markdown and CSV files in your own workspace, such as your jobs log and applications tracker. The plugin has no servers or tracking, and you can ask it to delete all its data.
