Rodrigo Maroto, founder of Consumer Services Hub, is a consultant and strategist with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, digital product management, and consumer services.
Passionate about driving business growth, market expansion, and digital transformation for companies, especially in the aviation, hospitality, and financial services sectors.
Throughout his professional career, Rodrigo has worked at different companies in America, Asia, and Europe, which has allowed him to broaden his perspective and understanding of digital businesses.
He began his professional journey focused on digital product design and, after a few years, pivoted to e-commerce as a Manager at Iberia Express. Subsequently, he decided to travel to Colombia to serve as e-commerce Manager at Avianca. From the aviation world, he moved to finance as Vice President of Consumer Services at Experian, which later took him to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as General Manager of Consumer Services at CTO’s. After a great professional and personal experience outside his country, and after 7 years, Rodrigo decided to return to pursue his most cherished project: Consumer Services Hub.
Rodrigo is passionate about sharing his experience and advising digital businesses. As expert of Digital Consumer Services, his objective is to continue driving the success and excellence of the team, always prioritizing the needs and expectations of each client.
