2. Design the consent point. Placement, wording, evidence stored and revocation mechanism.
3. Resolve identifier linkage. Especially for multi-passenger bookings and document changes.
4. Define the alternative path. Timings, staffing, signage and language, before the gate goes live.
5. Instrument measurement from day one. Without enrolment and failure data there is no way to improve.
